Avocado and Tuna Salad

This is another, super simple, totally healthy salad idea. This is great eaten on it’s own, served with crackers or pretzels, topping crostini or even topping a salad. See, it’s amazing.

Start by cutting veggies and draining 1 can of tuna. I used equal parts of almost all the veggies- bell peppers, cherry or grape tomatoes, avocados, red onions and tuna. If you like one veggie more than the other, add more. These are all a variable. I gave most of them, except the avocado, of course, a small chop.

Mix them together and drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. The lemon juice, salt and pepper are also a variable. This depends on personal taste. I also love it with crushed red pepper, if you like a little kick, add some of this in.

That’s it, just simple fresh ingredients. Try it, you’ll love it!
