Another super simple and really quick recipe using Nutsola. I am really getting into this stuff! This would make a yummy breakfast, snack or dessert. It’s just sweet without being overwhelming. I think you will love this.
Now, you know my thoughts on ugly produce. I still love it, and have no problem using it. Especially pears, they are so easy to bruise, I don’t worry if they are unblemished or not.
Cut them in half and cut out the seeds.
Drizzle with honey, maple syrup or sweetener of choice. This time of year the pears are already really sweet, so you don’t need to add much.
I sprinkled mine with a little cinnamon, this would be a personal preference of course.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. If you aren’t into cinnamon, don’t add it. I like the flavor, so I add it whenever possible!
Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. You want the pears soft, but not mushy. I used silk vanilla yogurt for these, and it was amazing. Not an ad, I just like the product.
I used both types of Nutsola I have for this. I did 2 pear halves with the peanut butter and 2 with the vanilla almond.
Arrange them how you like.
Top with the yogurt and Nutsola.
Then, sit back and feel pretty proud of yourself. This was super simple and tastes so good!
Here’s a side shot of the pears. Aren’t they beautiful?!?
These are so good. I really think you will love them.
I ate all 4 halves by myself, in about 2 minutes. They really were so good.
