Today’s cookie REALLY was the easiest to far, seriously. Coconut macaroons ????. You beat 2 large egg whites to stiff peaks with 1/4 teaspoon salt. In seperate bowl combine 1-14oz package sweetened coconut, 3/4 cup condensed milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Scoop onto tray like I’ve show in photos. Bake at 325° for about 25 minutes. Once completely cooled, coat bottom in melted chocolate. See, totally easy!
