Here is another simple recipe I’m using as an ode to my dark chocolate loving mother! How simple you might wonder….super simple!
Melt Dark chocolate. I used a tollhouse dark chocolate, it’s not the best quality, but good. I would definitely recommend something a little higher quality, but this is what I had on hand.
Anyway, melt the chocolate.
Drop is by tablespoons onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
To each mound of chocolate top with your choice of dried fruits, nuts, unsweetened coconut etc. It’s up to you.
Place baking sheet in the fridge until disks are hardened.
Pull them out and enjoy. I tried to only eat 2, but failed miserably. Maybe I am a little more like my mom then I thought! Bring on the dark chocolate!
