I tried a recipe a friend of mine developed for gluten free muffins a few days ago. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. Honesty, I generally don’t enjoy gluten free baked goods. Not trying to be rude or anything. It’s just the rice flour in recipes does not cut it for me! This recipe however used a combo of oat flour and almond flour. The combo was perfection. Trust me, these were legitimately good! I’m as surprised as you will be!

Texture and crumb were amazing.
Flavor was incredible.
I did add in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts to mine. I definitely recommend this.
