Here is one of my last recipes I made with Nutsola. It was a quick and so tasty. Start by blending your nutsola in a food processor or blender. You want to break up those bigger chunks. For each cup I used, I put in 2 teaspoons water. I made 2 separate batches, one with the vanilla almond, and one with the peanut butter. Nutsola is such a great product. We just loved the bags we had!It is so healthy and convenient.
It should look like this when it is finished.
I baked mine in a mini cheesecake pan. I just love these little pans! I put in 1 tablespoon per pan.
Carefully press into bottom and up the sides of the pan. Now, you will want to make sure the walls stay fairly thick, otherwise they won’t stay together.
Mine went up about halfway on the walls of the pan.
Bake them for about 20-30 minutes on 250 degrees. Just make sure they are hard enough to remove from pan and hold their shape. Once they are cooled, push from the bottom and remove cups from pan.
Carefully slide off the bottom from the cup.
They won’t be perfect, like working with a tart dough, but they are still really beautiful!
Next, fill them how you choose.
We filled some with a banana slice, topped with yogurt and chocolate chips.
The other set was filled with yogurt and topped with pineapple.
These cups are so great for a healthy breakfast, snack or even dessert!
