What makes this a healthier version of the original? I changed the mayo out for a nonfat plain greek yogurt! That’s it, it’s that simple. It makes a huge difference in calories, fat, sugars etc. So make your tuna salad like you normally do, use greek yogurt in place of mayo. You’ll probably need to add a little more salt than you usually would, but taste to make sure.
Then, it tops an avocado half. This meal I ate the whole avocado, I don’t normally, but I felt like I needed it for this one. I’m learning to listen to my body, and I was hungry! I used a little of trader joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning.
