Marinated Goat Cheese
This simple Marinated Goat Cheese is the perfect addition to a charcuterie board or topping for crackers, sandwich, etc.
Servings: 10 servings
- 4-8 ounces goat cheese I used about 6 in mine, but this will depend on the size of your container.
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½-3/4 cup olive oil
Form your goat cheese into small 1-2 inch balls. Press gently so they will hold their shape. Place them carefully into your jar or container. Slip the thyme in along the sides. Then pour in the remaining ingredients. Seal the jar and GENTLY shake.Place in the fridge for at least 1 week, I like it best at about 2-3 weeks. Serve on your charcuterie board, on crackers, your favorite sandwich, bagels, any dish really. Now, sit back and enjoy. You deserve it!
