  • 4 cups various fruits, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup microgreens if you don't have them, you can always use sprouts of some sort
  • 2 tablespoon white balsamic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil


  • Add all fruit to a medium-sized bowl. Combine the olive oil and balsamic, pour over the fruit.
    This salad is best served within a few hours.
