Fruit and Microgreen Salad
This simple to make microgreen salad is just so delicious and healthy. You will love this!
Servings: 4 servings
- 4 cups various fruits, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1 cup microgreens if you don't have them, you can always use sprouts of some sort
- 2 tablespoon white balsamic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Add all fruit to a medium-sized bowl. Combine the olive oil and balsamic, pour over the fruit. This salad is best served within a few hours.Now, sit back and enjoy. You deserve it!
