  • blender

  • 3 cups chopped mangoes
  • 4 cups chopped strawberries
  • ¼ cup honey or other sweetener of choice
  • water this will depend on how thick or thin you like your agua fresca

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Start with about 1 quart of water.
  • Blend well. Check the consistency and sweetness. Add more water or sweetner as you like.
  • I don't like mine really sweet, so ¼ cup worked for me. You might like more.
  • That is it! Now, sit back and enjoy.
  • This will hold in the fridge for up to 3-4 days at the most.

  • You can make the agua fresca ahead of time. Make sure to keep it in the fridge, and then take it out before you are ready to serve.
  • I prefer using fresh fruits in this recipe, but you can definitely use frozen. However, I usually have better flavor and results with fresh fruit.
  • If you desire, you can use any other sweetener in this recipe. If you don't like honey you can use granulated sugar, coconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener, or even sucanat sugar.
