Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut your jalapeno peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Combine the cream cheese, cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into your peppers. I like to overfill mine just a touch so the filling squishes out just a little in the mummy wrapping.
Unroll your crescent roll sheet. Cut it into about ½-inch strips. Wrap your jalapeno poppers as shown in the post photos.
Do this for all 10 of the jalapeno halves.
Place in the preheated oven and bake until they are golden brown.
Remove from the oven. Add your candy eyes and serve. These are best served hot.
If you do not want the candy eyes, you can always use ketchup or olives for the eyes.
Now, sit back and enjoy. You deserve it!
