Apple Cider Vinaigerette
This is a great dressing for almost any salad. It is simple to throw together and is made from ingredients you more then likely already have in your refrigerator or pantry.
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice
- salt and pepper to taste
Pour all ingredients into a bowl or jar. If you using a jar, shake to mix ( My preferred method). If using a small bowl, whisk to combine. Place and reserved dressing into the fridge in an airtight container. It will store well for about 3-5 days. It will actually hold longer than that, but the flavor just isn't the same. Now, sit back and enjoy. You deserve it!
