This delicious grilled pork tenderloin is perfect for your Grilling on the 4th of July
Grilling tenderloin is delicious, but stuffing it and grilling it brings it to a whole new level. After trying this recipe, you'll see what I mean.
Salt and Pepper
Caramelize your onions and set aside
Trim the fat off of the tenderloin and butterfly it.
Pat it dry and sprinkle the seasoning on the side facing up
Spread with the caramelized onion, spinach, and then dot with the goat cheese.
Now, gently roll it tightly, and tie to close
Grill over medium-high heat, making sure to cook both sides.
