If you are looking for a great recipe using anaheim peppers, this is it! They are simple to make, healthy and so delicious!

These also make really great meal prep as well. 

Start by cutting your peppers in half and removing the seeds.

Step 1

Place all the peppers on a baking sheet.

Step 2

Cook the filling for the peppers- this is a mix of ground turkey, spices, and bell peppers.

Step 3

Fill each half with the turkey filling.

Add Cilantro

Top your pepper with cheese and bake until they are golden brown.
