Whole wheat flour
Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
Mi your dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
Start mixing together the wet ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Mix the wet and dry together, making sure only to mix until they combine.
Heat and butter your griddle. Scoop on the pancakes.
Cook until they are golden brown on each side.
Serve how you like. I topped with pecans, butter and maple syrup.
