I love this recipe not only for a delicious dinner, but also for meal prep. It is simple to reheat and makes a hearty meal!
Canola oil &butter
salt, pepper, onion powder
Mix your ground chicken mixture in a bowl.
Form the meatballs and fry until golden on each side.
Saute your mushrooms in butter, then sprinkle with flour and cook.
Add in the broth and cook until it is thickened. Stir in the sour cream.
Add back in the meatballs and mix it all together.
We love this recipe served over egg noodles or you can also eat it just like it is if you want a low carb dish.
