These are everything a good loaded cookie should be! Chewy and delicious!
Brown and granulated sugar
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
Add butter and sugar to a stand mixer. Mix until they are light and fluffy.
Add in the vanilla and eggs. Mix to combine.
Then the dry ingredients.
Last in are the chocolate chips and walnuts if you are using them.
These cookies are perfection. They also make use of an ancient grain- einkorn- that is so much healthier than using refined flour!
