These lovely Cranberry filled Linzer cookies are the perfect cookies for the holiday season.
Cream your butter and sugar.
Add in egg, vanilla, and almond extract.
Then the dry ingredients.
Wrap and chill the dough.
Roll and cut your cookies. My cookie cutter is linked on site.
Bake, cool, then fill with the cranberry filling.
Top and enjoy!!
