Old fashioned oats

Milk

Cinnamon and spice

Butter

Maple Syrup

Old fashioned oats are what I recommend for this oatmeal. 

1.

Heat your milk then add in the oats and spices. 

2.

Cook until most of the liquid is boiled out and the oats are tender. 

3.

Top in the way you like- pecans, butter, maple syrup, and a touch of heavy cream for me. 

4.

A healthy breakfast ready in about 7 minutes!
