Growing up in Alaska, I had my choice of salmon. Coho salmon has always been a favorite. Let me show the family and I love the most!

If you have never tried a salmon fritter before, you are missing out. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.


All-purpose flour


Garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, dill, parsley



1. Add flaked salmon, egg yolks, flour, and spices to a medium-sized bowl. Mix well.

2. In another bowl, beat egg whites to soft peaks

3. Gently fold the egg whites into the salmon mixture.

4. Fry the fritters until they're golden-brown

Once you try these fritters, you will be hooked! They are everything a good fritter should be!
