Salt and pepper
Add butternut and couscous to a heated pan with olive oil.
Toast the couscous.
Pour in the broth and garlic and let it cook until the couscous is tender.
Add in the chopped kale, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
Cook until the kale is wilted.
Plate and add pecans and burrata.
