These cute little cookies are so irresistible. They are simple to make and yummy to serve!
Let me show you how easy it is to bake these little bites! I love serving them for snacking and for gifting.
Whole wheat pastry flour
Pulse raspberries in a food processor until they turn into powder
Cream butter and sugar with a hand or stand mixer. Add in dry ingredients
Add in the raspberry powder and mix together.
Put into a pan and cut them into squares. Let chill in the fridge
Spread apart and bake
These are great for a quick on-the-go treat, to serve after a meal or a quick snack.
