These baked donuts have a delicious seasonal flavor! They are simple to make and healthier than fried donuts. 

Step 1

Mix together the dry ingredients.

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.

Step 3

Pipe the batter into your mini donut pans. 

Step 4

Fill the bell pepper rings with the filling.

Step 5

Dip in the baked donuts.

I like to sprinkle with some chopped walnuts, this is optional.
