This simple-to-make dinner idea is perfect for those busy weeknights when you don't have much time but still want a delicious dinner.
Olive oil & butter
Pepper and crushed red pepper
Spinach & sausage
Basil, oregano and salt
Garlic and parmesan
Make or buy your gnocchi. Boil quickly. Full recipe on link below.
Heat olive oil and add the gnocchi and sausage to your pan.
Season and flip the gnocchi when it is golden brown.
Add in the spinach and cook until it wilts.
Top with more parmesan and serve immediately.
