These simple ham and cheese turnovers are so easy to make and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even snacking!
The crispy outside encases a hot ham and cheese inside.
Thaw out the puff pastry, and roll it out.
Cut the puff pastry sheet into rectangular pieces. No need to be perfect here.
Prepare your fillings. Grate the cheese and slice the ham if needed.
Add the ingredients into the center. Start with a touch of mustard, then the ham, then grated cheese.
Brush with egg wash, and fold it over into a triangle. Pinch the sides closed and bake.
