These Healthy Granola Bars are packed with wholesome ingredients and are the perfect grab and go snack.
Pulse the dates and honey together in a food processor or blender until they are smooth.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the other ingredients. Then pour in the honey/date mixture.
Press into the prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and place the pan in the fridge until the bars are set.
Once they are set, remove the granola bar and cut into the size of bars you want.
