Ingredients

Old fashioned oats

Milk

Cinnamon and spice

Butter

Maple Syrup

I prefer using old fashioned oatmeal for mine, it holds it shape and texture so much better than quick cooking oats. 

1.

Heat your milk then add in the oats and spices. 

2.

Cook until most of the liquid is boiled out and the oats are tender.

Top in the way you like- pecans, butter, maple syrup, and a touch of heavy cream for me.
