These baked donuts are a much healthier alternative to fried donuts and they are just as good! 

1. Mango 2. Milk 3. granulated sugar 4. Eggs 5. Vanilla 6. Flour 7. Baking powder 8. Salt 9. Freeze-dried strawberries 10. etc.


Step One:

Peel and rough chop the mango. 

Step two:

Puree in a food processor or blender. 

Step three:

Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl and wet in a medium-sized bowl. 

Step four:

Combine the wet and dry. 

Step five:

pipe into the donut pans and bake. 

Mix the glaze together. 

Dip the donuts and sprinkle with coconut if using.
