Making homemade pasta is easier than you might think. These orechiette (little ears) are a really cute pasta!

1. Semolina flour 2. Salt 3. Water 4. Sauce of choice


Step One:

Add your flour and salt to a surface. 

Step two:

Add the liquid and knead until it is smooth. 

Step three:

Let the dough rest. Make sure and cover so it doesn't dry out. 

Step four:

Shape the pasta. There is a video that shows this on the blog. 

Step five:

Remember when you are boiling the pasta, homemade cooks quickly!

This pasta is also a vegan pasta, no eggs!
