Honey Ricotta Toast With Roasted Blackberries

You have got to try my Honey Ricotta Toast With Roasted Blackberries. Not only is it very healthy, but also very delicious!


1. Bread 2. Blackberries 3. Honey 4. Ricotta 5. Mint Leaves 6. Microgreens

Place your blackberries on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Roast.


Toast your bread slices. I used an electric griddle and toasted it with a touch of butter.


Top your toasted bread with softened ricotta.


Add your roasted blackberries, sliced mint, and microgreens. This recipe could not be any easier!
