The easiest way to cook farro until it is soft and tender is in the rice cooker. This method is no stress and so easy.
Rinse the farro well with cool water.
Pour the liquid, salt and rinsed farro into your rice cooker.
Cover with the lid then start the rice cooker.
Once it is finished, fluff with a fork gently and serve.
