How to cook quinoa in the Instant Pot

Cooking quinoa in the Instant Pot is so easy- in fact, I think it is the easiest way to cook quinoa.

Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker. Set to high and cook. Be sure the lid is secure.


Cook it on pressure high, then let it slow release for 10 minutes. After this, quick release the rest of the pressure.


Fluff the quinoa and it is ready to serve. You can also store and use it for meal prep.
