a simple way to preseve your blueberries is by dehydrating them. These will store well for a long time and they are so tasty!

You will need to pierce the skins on the berries. I like to do a quick blanch to do this.

Spread them out over your dehydrating trays.

This can take anywhere from 12-36 hours, depending on size and moisture content.

I love snacking on these. You can also use them in trail mix and granola bars.

Or my favorite way is topping my granola with them.
