Are you wondering how to make our own homemade pasta, it is easier than you might think!
This is made with whole wheat flour and is a healthier version than using refined-flour!
Place the flour and salt on the countertop and mix together.
Create a well in the center of the flour.
Place the eggs, olive oil, and water to the well.
Start mixing the wet ingredients with a fork, slowly adding the flour from the side.
Start kneading the dough together.
If you need, add a little more water. Knead until the dough is smooth.
Cover and let this rest.
Roll and cut the pasta into the shape you want.
This whole grain pasta is the perfect way to enjoy your pasta in a healthier way. It is tender, delicious, and much easier to make than you might think.
