Ingredients

Create a mound on the countertop with flour and salt. Mix.

Create a well in the center.

Add in your eggs, olive oil, and water.

3.

Start mixing the wet ingredients with a fork, slowly adding the flour from the side.

Once it is a shaggy mess, start kneading.

5.

Add more water or flour as needed.

6.

Knead until it is smooth then wrap and let it rest.

Roll and cut the pasta into the shape you want, I chose fettucini.
