Milk

Salt and Pepper

Step 1

I like to leave the skins on, so I cut off the ends and some of the eyes.

Step 2

Boil in salted water over medium heat.

Once they are tender, drain and add to your bowl.

Add in your other ingredients and mix on high speed.

Once the potatoes are creamy, they are ready to go!

If you happen to add too much milk and the potatoes are thin, there is an easy solution.

Put your potatoes back into a pan. Cook on low/medium heat, stirring constantly until some of the liquid has evaporated and the potatoes have thickened. Make sure to stir constantly, so the potatoes don't burn!!
