These ham and cheese pockets are so easy to make and perfect for snacking, brunch, or lunch.

Thaw out the puff pastry, and roll it out.

Cut the puff pastry sheet into rectangular pieces.

Prepare your fillings. Grate the cheese and slice the ham if needed.

Add the ingredients into the center. Start with a touch of mustard, then the ham, then grated cheese.

Brush with egg wash, and fold it over into a triangle. Pinch the sides closed and bake.

The end result is flaky, buttery turnovers that melt in your mouth and disappear from the plate like magic! You have to try these at your next brunch!
