Ingredients

Zest the lemon, and mix with granulated sugar

Add in your egg yolks, then whisk in your lemon sugar. Next, whisk in the lemon juice

Add to your pan, cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.

Add in the butter and salt, and mix it for the final time.
