Lima beans and rice is such an easy recipe to make. It is also comfort food at its finest! 

This is also a great meal for meal prep as well!

Add all ingredients to a large pan and set it to boil.

This will take at least 45 minutes to cook and meld the flavors.

Step 2

Make sure as you cook it, that there is still plenty of juices in the pan.

Step 3

Serve it on its own, or with rice.

Step 4

Add more Cajun seasoning on top for extra kick.
