Cream the butter and sugar then add the egg and extracts.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Wrap and chill the dough.

Bake, cool, fill, and top.
This cookies are perfectly crisp and if you make them like I do, they are filled with sweetened cream cheese and topped with lingonberry jam.
