These oat flour chocolate chip cookies are the perfect gluten-free cookie!

They are slightly crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle.

Ingredients

Baking Soda and Salt

Butter

Brown and granulated

Oat Flour

Egg

Vanilla

Chocolate chips or chunks

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

Cream the butter and sugars together.

Add the egg and vanilla.

Then add the dry ingredients on top. Mix and add in the chocolate chips.

Chill the dough, scoop it onto your baking sheet, and bake.
