If you love a classic oatmeal raisin cookie, you have got to try this pecan version!
Brown and Granulated Sugar
Whole wheat flour
Raisins and pecans
Baking soda, salt, cinnamon
Cream your butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix.
Add dry ingredients, raisins, and pecans.
Be careful not to overmix. You don't want tough cookies!
Scoop onto your prepared baking sheet pan.
Bake until they are a light golden brown on the edges.
