This green goddess pasta salad is the perfect side dish for your next meal or BBQ.
Plain Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper
Green vegetables of choice
Cook your pasta as directed. Drain and rinse. You want this cooled.
Chop and prep your green vegetables to use in the salad.
I like to blanch- meaning cooking it for a short amount of time and chilling it quickly in ice water.
Mix the dressing in a food processor or blender.
Place pasta and all your vegetables into a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
That is it. This simple and healthy salad is ready to serve.
