Sweet and spicy pineapple habanero jelly
Pineapple Habanero Jelly
Crushed red pepper
Cut your pineapple into chunks and place in a food processor or blender.
Drain the juice from the pineapple.
Cut the top off the habaneros and take out seeds.
I blend them in the food processor as well. It simplifies the process.
Combine in a pan with other ingredients. Cook until sugar is dissolved then add the pectin.
Can in a water bath or store in the fridge.
