Ingredients

Cherry tomatoes

Burrata

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Bread or crackers of choice

Slice the tomatoes in half and drizzle with olive oil.

Add some fresh garlic, oregano, pepper, and thyme to your tomatoes.

Sprinkle with salt and roast in the oven

3.

Add in the burrata and continue to cook until it is softened. 

4.

This can be cooked on a sheet pan or a cast iron skillet.
