This soothing non-alchoholic cider is the perfect drink for those chilly nights.

Fresh pears

Cinnamon sticks

Lemon

Whole cloves

Cut the pears in half. No need for perfection here. 

1.

Add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil.

Mash the pears to release the flavor, and then cook for another two hours

3.

Once it is done cooking, strain through a mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

Enjoy this delicious drink hot or cold.
