If you are looking for a fun variation of the classic snickerdoodle cookie, you have got to try these snickerdoodle bars! 

1. Butter 2. Granulated sugar 3. Brown sugar 4. Eggs 5. Vanilla 6. Whole wheat pastry flour 7. All-purpose flour 8. Baking powder 9. Cream of tartar 10. Salt

Ingredients

Step One:

mix your flours, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt in a small bowl.

Step two:

cream your butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in another bowl.

Step three:

Add in the eggs and vanilla, and stir to combine.

Step four:

Mix all ingredients to combine and press into pan. 

Step five:

sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and bake in the oven.
