If you haven't tried cornbread dressing, you are in for a treat. It is very different from regular dressing in a lot of good ways
Salt, pepper, and cayenne
Start by cooking your cornbread and letting it cool slightly.
Cook the sausage, and throw in your chopped up celery and onions.
Add the sausage and veggies to a bowl with the cornbread and stock.
Mix well. Pour the mix into a buttered pan, then butter the top and bake.
