These crepes are a healthier option made with whole spelt flour!

They are easier to make than you might think and so delicious!

Ingredients

Milk

Eggs

Butter

Spelt flour

Vanilla

Combine your wet ingredients in a bowl. 

1.

Add the dry ingredients on top and mix well. Cover and let the batter rest. 

2.

Heat your pan and add the crepe batter. 

3.

Once it is golden brown, flip and cook on the other side. 

4.

Fill and top as you like. I love Nutella with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
