This simple drink is perfect for a thanksgiving mocktail!!
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh lime juice
Add sugar and mint leaves to a food processor and pulse until blended.
Add water and mint sugar to a pan. Cook until the sugar is dissolved.
Strain out the mint and let the syrup cool.
Add your raspberries to each glass and smash.
Add in a few lime slices quartered. Next in is ice.
Pour in the mint syrup, lime juice, and last the sparkling water.
You can serve them like this with the layers separated, or mix together as I did.
